Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you’ve got a cloud hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any email mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section offers quite a lot of features, but it’s very easy to work with, so setting up a catch-all mailbox requires just a single click. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be shown in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll only need to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the particular email address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either turn off the latter feature or choose another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes yet another mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated without effort if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you have created with the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will find a tiny button handily located right next to each one. With only a click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with this option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable the feature using the contextual menu that will show up. In case any of the conditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
